Returns Policy
This policy applies only to orders placed on www.superiordecoratingsupplies.co.uk.
Please note: We can only accept returns on unopened White and Pre-Tinted products*, not Tinted Products or My Colour Items** (see below for more details)

We aim to respond to all communications within two working days.
Your Rights as a Consumer (not applicable to Trade Customers)
Right to Cancel During Cooling-Off Period
As a consumer, you have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving a reason, as provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right is detailed further in clauses 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to any tinted products made to order at your request or any other customised products.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must return the products by arranging a return through a delivery service authorised by us (please contact us for details).
Please note that, regarding returns, we do not offer a collection service. The cost of returning the products will depend on the weight, description, and selected delivery service class.
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation decision. Provided the products are returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, we will issue a full refund of the order price.
Right to Cancel for Faulty, Misdescribed, or Unfit Products
If you receive products that are faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose, please email us at info@superiordecoratingsupplies.co.uk with a full explanation, including photographic evidence if possible, or call our Customer Service team on 01892 340969.
For products that are proven faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose, we offer a full refund of the order price. In such cases, disposal of the damaged items should be handled safely and lawfully, such as by dropping them off at an authorised waste recycling centre.
Superior Decorating Ltd Trading As Superior Decorating Supplies reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of any goods correctly supplied to order except for where such goods have been checked to be defective.
Paints produced by colour tinting and special orders correctly supplied to order are not returnable. This includes the MY colour range.
Refunds
All reimbursements will be made using the original payment method. No fees will be charged for refunds.
Your Rights as a Trade Customer
Trade customers do not hold the same return and refund rights as consumers, so please review our Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
